According to a few reports, the text messages allegedly sent by Wheeler's girlfriend claim that he was "cold". In one of them, Alleah has allegedly written, "he thought I was dead on my bed and continued to eat dinner. When I ran into the bathroom, he said, ‘Wow, you’re still alive’ while sipping on a smoothie"
Police reports have revealed that the NFL star attacked his partner after she refused to "bow" to him. When she did not comply, he grabbed her by the arm and threw her on the bed, reports The Sun.
After regaining consciousness Alleah ran into the bathroom and called 911, saying there has been a "physical fight" and even contacted his family. On arriving at the place of the incident, officers heard the woman screaming and broke into the bathroom, where Wheeler was found standing next to her. Alleah was taken to Valley Medical Center for her treatment.
