Celia Munoz wins wildcard act vote on 'AGT' 2022, happy fans say 'America made right choice!'
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: With fan-favorite performers like Madison 'Maddie' Taylor Baez, Don McMillan, THE NFL Players Choir, and others, getting the boot from 'America's Got Talent' Season 17, the show's judges had a pretty tough job of nominating an eliminated contestant they would like to see returning to the competition as a wildcard act.
Simon Cowell nominated The NFL Players Choir, Sofia Vergara picked Celia Muñoz, Heidi Klum stuck with her Golden Buzzer pick Lily Meola, and Howie Mandel chose Don McMillan. The audience was then asked to cast their instant save vote to bring back one of the nominated acts as a wildcard entry. Towards the end of the episode, host Terry Crews made the surprise announcement that Sofia's pick, Celia Munoz, had received the maximum instant save votes, thus earning her the coveted wildcard entry spot in the finale!

When 'AGT' fans learned that ventriloquist Celia would be competing in the finale alongside the top 10 in a bid to win the ultimate $1 million prize, they were beyond pleased.
