A baby girl was abandoned by an unidentified woman on a street near a shopping mall in Northern China in subzero temperatures, according to CCTV surveillance cameras which captured the incident.
The footage obtained shows the woman lingering near the back door of a shopping center in Harbin, Heilongjiang province while donning a mask and carrying a suitcase. Within moments, she is seen placing the baby on the ground before bolting from the scene, Daily Mail reports.
