Ardent fans of Cardi B were left worried after she tweeted and then quickly deleted a rather alarming message about her life on Sunday, 21 July.
The rapper took to Twitter and wrote on Sunday morning, “Wish I was dead," Hollywood Life reports.
However, things were back to normal after she posted a meme-ified childhood picture of herself.

“OMG I thought she was Aretha [Franklin],” one user said while commenting on the photo of young Cardi.
In response, the rapping megastar replied with a simple "Lmao".
According to Hollywood Life, Cardi may have tweeted that weird message because she was tired after performing at the California Mid-State Fair on Saturday night.
Cardi bragged about the show attendance that night, posting a news clip about selling out the show the following morning on Monday.
“Ain’t with the politicking with ya I don’t needa vote, I sell tracks that these shows Need for seating rows 💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️I HAD SO MUCH FUN TONIGHT,” she captioned the post.

Cardi's tweets from a couple of days ago also suggested she was in a good mood.
In a recent post, Cardi retweeted someone saying, “If you don’t like @iamcardib that’s ok, hating her for almost everything is plain stupid af lmao.”
Later on, the artist retweeted photos of her and husband Offset, 27, and also spoke about her acrylic nails in later tweets.
Here's hoping everything is okay with Cardi!
