Produced by John Legend, the hip-hop themed competition series is set to premiere in the fall of 2019 over 10 episodes
PUBLISHED NOV 14, 2018

Netflix has signed Cardi B, Chance the Rapper and T.I. to serve as judges of their forthcoming music competition show coming to the streaming service next fall. Titled, 'Rhythm + Flow', the show is produced by EGOT winner John Legend and is poised to be the equivalent of the rap world's 'American Idol'.

The competition will hold 10 one-hour episodes in total for the series, with auditions taking place in New York, Chicago and Atlanta. In each city, established rappers who hail from that city will serve as guest judges to help seek out the best unsigned hip-hop artists. While the big prizes for winners and other details about the competition's format are yet to be revealed, artists who are ready and dedicated to apply for a potential audition can do so via Rhythm + Flow's website.
