'Camp Getaway': Nile might leave his girlfriend to be with Randall and Neely likes Adam but not the way he works
A job that's not a job but really party time in disguise. That is what Bravo's 'Camp Getaway' is all about.
The focus, however, is more on how the crew members are going around doing their job at the adventure resort than the multitude of parties and sports activities that are being held daily for the guests. Hence, the drama is centered around the group of weekenders who have taken a break from their 9-5 jobs to experience the camp from the other side.
Since workplace romance doesn't seem like a red flag at this unique office, the crew members could indulge in flirty banters every now and then given that doesn't hamper the job at hand. This means, there maybe be couples on the show. Whether they'll be in it for the whole hog or will it be just a weekend thing, that is an aspect that'll come to light as the show progresses.
For now, there are two potential pairs that might just be the highlight of the coming episodes. In the season premiere episode, Neely Fortune, ex-pageant winner, thought Adam Mizrahi was cute. He had a charm about himself but that quickly faded when she figured he isn't the invested, hardworking type. Adam has been with the camp for over three years and probably is seasoned to all that goes around. Therefore, he can afford to hang back a little while others work into the night.
While the guests partied and crew members hosted them, Adam returned to his cabin and slept. However, no one was willing to give him that space and jumped into his bed, woke him up, and got him talking. Neely was not impressed with the way Adam was slacking off. But, there's a liking somewhere and it wouldn't be surprising if either of them acts on it in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, Randall Klein and Nile Lundgren seem to share a vibe, a flirty one. The two were out inspecting the activities when they caught up with each other's lives. Even though she seemed a little more into Nile, the latter spoke of how he has a girlfriend back home. Will they continue with just friendship from here on or will it bloom into a full-blown relationship? Time will tell.
