The reality star and her rumored girlfriend Sophia Hutchins on Friday got into the generous spirit of the festive season and visited St. John's Medical Center, where Caitlyn donated profusely to the transgender health program courtesy her foundation.
She also posted a video of her visit on to Instagram, where she could also be seen receiving a standing ovation in what looked like a cafeteria as she entered.
