Families devastated as man breaks into funeral home while high on drugs and sexually abuses corpses

A burglar has been jailed for six years after he broke into a funeral parlor and lifted the "lids of multiple coffins" and had sex with a corpse.

On November 11, 2018, at around 1.40 am, 23-year-old Kasim Shazada Khurum forced his way into a Central England Co-op Funeralcare parlor and engaged in sexual intercourse with a dead body, Daily Mail reports.

Khurum lifted the lids of several coffins inside the funeral home on Walsall Road, in Great Barr, Birmingham, before picking his victim and violating the body. Upon investigation, authorities found another body face down and seven other coffins disturbed, including that of a baby.
