Bulletproof school backpacks costing $160 capable of withstanding handgun attack to go on sale
Stores in the United States will soon display bulletproof backpacks for school children for sale in the wake of rampant mass shootings in educational institutions across the country. Reports state that the company the company, AmorMe, which designed the backpacks has connections with the Israeli military and security services.
The specially-designed backpacks aimed at students are covered with Kevlar and will reportedly be available on store shelves from February onwards. The Israeli company said that it decided to make the particular design after witnessing an alarming increase in school-centered violence and other terror-oriented attacks.
