Spoilers for 'Bull' Season 6 Episode 3 'Bull Undone'

The PTSD is back to haunt Jason Bull and the season that began with the kidnapping of his daughter, Astrid has inflicted enough damage on the man. Triggers come in the form of cases, pictures and news for Bull, and the latest episode 'Bull Undone' sees him take on a case where TAC defends a man charged with his high school girlfriend's murder after a documentary depicts him as the prime suspect in the decades-old homicide.

Jackson Martin (Ryan Cooper) is accused of killing his girlfriend, Sarah and after a documentary produced by Vanessa Voss (Yasha Jackson) accuses him of murder, he enlists the help of Bull and the team to free himself of the charges. His brother Billy Martin (Jeff Adler) firmly believes his brother is innocent but struggles to get his alibi straight. The odds are stacked against Jackson and the case gets tougher by the minute. Danny (Jamie Lee Kirchner) is assigned to shadow Jackson to keep an eye on his well-documented flaring tempers and she gets valuable insight into his life and his past with Sarah.

There's also a parallel storyline where Izzy (Yara Martinez) gets an opportunity to be the CEO of a health and wellness company. Back to the case, Bull comes up with a theory about Jackson's father getting a pay-off done and the brother intent on hiding something. He gets Voss to interview Billy and get his side of the story.

Voss quizzes him about the route he and Jackson takes and in a stress-filled confession, Billy tells Bull that he thought Sarah was in love with him and when she tried to escape his attempts to kiss her, she dies in the attempt to escape. The father and Billy decide to keep the murder a secret from Jackson. Bull tapes the conversation as he wears a wire and that lets Jackson off the hook.

'Bull' continues to impress in the new season and this time it's more than just the cases. This time the importance is on mental health as it is looked at as one of the key themes. It's a long season ahead, but 'Bull' will have no worries if it carries on in the same vein.

'Bull' airs Thursdays at 10 pm ET on CBS.
