Buckingham Palace has slammed the rumored suggestion that the Duke and Duchess Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have "single-handedly modernized the monarchy".

A senior courtier shared a carefully planned and worded riposte to the pair's anonymous adviser. The adviser had earlier offered a lot of criticism about the rest of the Royal Family and their household.

Meghan and Harry's aide had also accused courtiers of anti-Harry and Meghan Markle hysteria. On October 26, a Buckingham Palace aide also warned about the dangers of expressing such feelings publicly.

The source shared with Daily Mail: "There’s enough experience here – despite what was said – to know that people who jump in with comments from the sanctity of being unnamed and unidentifiable might think they are helping."

"But the family is clear that if there are issues to be discussed they will be discussed behind closed doors," the source continued. The comment came as a blow to the adviser whose controversial comments came post ITV's documentary 'Harry & Meghan: An African Journey'.

In the documentary, the new parents opened up about dealing with negative press and being under heavy public scrutiny. During the documentary, Prince Hary had got candid and said that the couple may leave the UK in the future.

They are also planning to take a six-week break from their royal duties for some "much-needed family time". We had previously reported that a source shared that ever since the documentary had aired, Prince Harry's brother, Prince William was very concerned.

The source shared that William also thought that Harry and Meghan wanting a six-week break from their royal duties is a good thing given that they are in a "fragile place".

The Duke and Duchess's interviews aired last week and ended up triggering a massive public debate about their role and future duties in the royal family.
