‘Britain’s meanest landlord’ says he doesn't like 'fat ladies' after suing tenant who accused him of sexual assault
Ferguson Wilson, who has been dubbed as Britain's most controversial landlord by many, on Friday said that he does not like "fat ladies" after he tried to sue his tenant who accused him of sexual assault, according to reports. Wilson earned his reputation of being controversial after he famously banned "colored" tenants because they "smell like curry".
The 70-year-old was arrested and questioned by police officials after his 39-year-old tenant, Carley Ingram, claimed that he had sexually assaulted her in Kent. Wilson was later released after the investigation was closed.
The tenant, a single mother-of-two, said that it was disappointing that he was cleared of the allegation, but was devastated when she learned that the 70-year-old was suing her for £10,000, according to The Sun.
Wilson, while talking to reporters said that Ingram was not his "cup of tea" and that he does not like "big fat ladies", adding that his wife of 50 years, 68-year-old Judith, had not taken Ingram's allegations seriously either.
