While the death toll in the USA from coronavirus is surging with each passing day, people in isolation are waiting for the government to come up with measures to deal with the pandemic more efficiently. Meanwhile, 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' fame Brielle Biermann took to Twitter to share her feelings about how President Donald was being bullied during the crisis. Unfortunately for her, this did not go so well with her fans.

Earlier on April 6, the 23-year-old tweeted, "This is not political. I don't care how I/you feel about Trump as a politician but he is a PERSON. 'Running' the country. He has feelings like all of us. Do you think someone wants to do the best they can when they’re constantly belittled/bullied for everything they do/say?"

Her comments about the President only ended up irking her fans who called her out for being "young and ignorant". They also said she was openly displaying hypocrisy at a time when the rest of the world is entangled in a crippling health crisis.

Brielle’s tweet soon went viral, but for all the wrong reasons.

One agitated fan said, "You are defending a man who you claim is being bullied, but he is the biggest bully there is. Do you even watch the news?? Did you see him mock a handicapped reporter? Or any of the other numerous vile things he has done?? The hypocrisy is real with you. WOW.”

“I agree. If you don't really know what is going on, you shouldn't take a stance. It only makes you look young and ignorant,” added another.

However, Brielle, who wouldn’t stop at that, went on to defend herself and the President in a couple of tweets that followed.

When one furious twitter user asked her to “just delete” her nonsensical tweet, Brielle responded to it saying, “No. I genuinely feel bad for him. And ANYONE WHOS BULLIED. No one regardless of what they’ve done deserves that. Have a heart.”

And, in another tweet, she added, “That is no representation of my political views. I’m simply saying - Obama, trump, whoever!!! Didn’t/doesn’t deserve the constant hate. The amount of people defending bullying is ridiculous!!”

Even though she tried to calm the scenario with a rather neutral tweet, it didn’t serve her well.

“He ain’t saving shit. We’re #1 in new cases because of his lack of urgency. He called this coronavirus a hoax for months. Absolutely nothing you can say to make that right. Nothing..” wrote another angry fan.

Following the wrath she gathered for openly expressing her political views which she said was not ‘not political’, Brielle is seen sharing tweets about the latest Netflix show ‘Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness’.
