Brandi Redmond hit a raw nerve when she questioned her fellow housewife D'Andra Simmons' Christianity beliefs. The former cheerleader has always prided herself about being religious and an ardent follower of Christianity, so when D'Andra invited her to attend a meditation session with a shaman, the housewife was hesitant. to attend it as she wasn't sure what she would be walking into.

However, Brandi mustered up all her courage and attended D'Andra's shaman event. At the event, the shaman showed the ladies how to meditate, and even spoke about astro-projection (out of body experience). All these rituals made Brandi very uncomfortable, as she felt that they were going against the teachings in the Bible. So, she brought it up with D'Andra, and expressed her concerns over D'Andra straying away from Christianity. On the latest episode of 'Real Housewives of Dallas' we saw D'Andra fight back with Brandi by questioning the housewife's connection to spirits.

The previous season of 'RHOD' featured Brandi taking the ladies to a haunted house, and her attempts at connecting with the spirits. She even roped in a psychic to do readings for the housewives. D'Andra remembered it and questioned Brandi how she could claim to be a good Christian when she herself was engaging with spirits and psychics.

Brandi lashed back at D'Andra by pointing out that the difference as she didn't actively go out of her way seeking to communicate with spirits. She says, "I didn't ask for it, it just happens". Brandi claims that she has no control over it, and it freaks her out, while D'Andra on the other hand was actively seeking out help from the shaman. The two ladies continue to bicker about the religion and Bible, while the other housewives watched.

Finally, Brandi declares that when the shaman spoke about "astro-gliding" it made her extremely uncomfortable. D'Andra and the other housewives correct Brandi and tell her that the shaman was talking about astro-projection, while astro glide is a lubricant. Brandi's slip of tongue moment managed to break the tension within the group, and soon all the ladies were busy laughing and joking around. But we have a feeling that this won't be the last time we will see Brandi and D'Andra butting heads over their religious beliefs.

'Real Housewives of Dallas' Season 5 airs every Tuesday at 9/8c only on Bravo.
