Flora Alekseyeun from 'Real World Miami' makes a return to the television as she decides to visit the 'Botched' doctors to help her with the boobs. Flora revealed that she is not happy with the way her boobs look because they make her feel like they are making out. Flora revealed that she is conscious of them because they are uni-boobs and are always touching each other.

She recalled that when she was on the show, there wasn't a dull moment and she often flashed her boobs. But after the show, things changed as she got married and settled down. Flora revealed she decided to get a boob job done when she found out that her neighbor was a doctor. She confessed there was no particular reason for her to get the boob job done and it happened to be a decision that was made on the spot.

While things were fine in the beginning, Flora revealed that her boob implants took a turn for the worse when she got pregnant. She stated that her boobs started hanging and this led her to make the decision about removing the implants to give them a better shape. Unfortunately, that did not last for long.

Flora revealed that after some time her boobs started becoming flat from the bottom and looked like 'SpongeBob square boob'. This was also the time when Flora's husband had passed away. She recalled getting a call from the police, saying there is a body floating in the backyard and she found out that her husband had drowned.

She recalled that it has been four years since he passed away and she is now dating a loving man. However, that has not solved her boob problem. Flora stated that she has had five surgeries and none of them have got her satisfaction. She hoped that Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif would be able to help her.

Dr Dubrow had a look at her bobs and realized that she had Symmastia, a rare displacement of boob implants. Dubrow worried that her sixth surgery might be a failure as well. However, Nassif suggested that they go ahead with the surgery and if it leads to a tragedy, this would be the last time her getting the surgery.

Once Dubrow started the surgery, he aimed to remove her implants and use her scar tissue to give her breasts some shape. He later decided to insert smaller implants to give her breasts a better look. However, he was surprised to find out that her implants were covered with a material that looked a lot like bird sh*t on the windshield.

Fortunately, the surgery went well and Flora was finally happy with the breasts she had. While she was angry about a foreign substance being used for implants, she knew she had to be positive about the change that has come.

'Botched' airs on Mondays at 9 pm ET on E!
