The new episode of 'Botched' saw Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Tim Dubrow being introduced to some new cases in plastic surgery. One of their clients was Jessi who approached the doctors with the hope that they could help her with her uneven breasts.

Jessi had always wanted to have big breasts and the only way to do that was by going under the knife. Jessi decided to get breast implants as she never felt too confident with the breasts she had. After getting her first surgery, Jessi was happy and could see her confidence come back to her.

However, that did not last long. After a couple of months, Jessi realized that her right breast had reduced in size. Concerned by the looks of it, Jessi decided to approach a doctor who advised her to undergo another surgery to make sure that her breast implants do not lead to a serious condition.

Even though Jessi decided to undergo surgery for the second time, she was disappointed when the right breast reduced in size yet again. Fearful of what was happening to her, Jessi decided to approach Dr Nassif and Dr Dubrow. After meeting them Jessi revealed that she faced a situation where her right breast became bruised.

Dubrow revealed that one of the reasons for this could be that the implants were infected with bacteria and the only way to treat them was by removing them. However, he revealed that one of the biggest mistakes that took place during her second surgery was that the same implants were used again.

Dubrow revealed that by using the same implants again would make increase the chances of the bacteria to come again. As expected, during the surgery it was found that Jessi had microscopic bacteria that had increased in number and could be easily distinguished.

At first, Jessi had two options in hand with her surgery. One was to get new implants and the other one was to get a breast lift. Looking at the condition that Jessi's breasts were in Dubrow thought it was better to give Jessi a breast life.

At the end of the surgery, Jessi confessed that even though she did not have the same volume of breasts as she did before, she was happy that her breasts looked equal after the breast lift.

'Botched' airs on Mondays at 10 pm on E!
