Borgore’s ‘old-school sh*t’ at Rave-A-Thon drives fans crazy: ‘I have died and come back to life’
Rumors are rife that Southern California’s premier EDM festival ‘Nocturnal Wonderland 2020’ may get canceled owing to the ongoing health crisis.
However, to keep fans satisfied, an official virtual ‘Rave-A-Thon’ was announced recently, similar to the EDC and HARD Summer virtual events that unfolded in recent weeks.
The event went live on State of Insomniac’s YouTube channel on April 10 at 8 pm PT and comprised performances by 12th Planet, Arty, Borgore, Zeds Dead, Champagne Drip, and more.
However, among all the performances that headlined today, what caught the music lovers’ attention the most was the Israeli EDM producer, DJ and rapper Borgore.
While one fan wrote, “@Borgore It would be amazing to see/hear you live again and have you play Ice cream and Guided relaxation”
“Dude these throwback dubstep sets were AMAZING tonite. 12th Planet, Borgore, and Zeds Dead are literally the three artists I listened to the most when I first got into dubstep in 2011 and you booked them all this weekend. THANK YOU,” added another.
Meanwhile, the majority of the fans have noted that he Bogore who was MIA for a while made a powerful comeback.
While fan tweeted, Borgore once said “not sucking dick will make her a side bitch “ our King from Israel. I have died and come back to life”
“Why are some people mean as shit to 12th Planet and Borgore tonight. Yeah, the old school sets were unexpected but they weren’t bad at all! -bet your tv was still tuned in. It was cool, it was random. PLUS, we already know they be going APE SHIT in real life at their shows,” another wrote defending Borgore."
Meanwhile, a few fans noted that 12th Planet and Borgore’s performance deserved more time.
“12TH PLANET AND BORGORE DESERVED DEFINITELY AT LEAST AN HOUR JESUS CHRIST IT ENDED SO FAST,” lamented one.
And, several fans of Borgore’s have thanked him for taking them back in time with his old school performance.
“@Borgore took me back to 2008, sitting in my first car with my best friends in our high school parking lot and some of the happiest memories. That set was EVERYTHING! They don’t make Dubstep like that anymore,” said one fan.
