Charmaine and Ryan have old scores to settle and there is a good chance they are not being settled reasonably. At least that's what the viewers think.

The team at 2nd City Ink were left visibly worried when Fly Tatted and Zach didn't show up at work after a major showdown that had a lot to do with Zach being a protective boyfriend. After snooping around on social media for a bit, it was found that Zach had left the scene and is in Ohio looking for jobs.

This irked Charmaine to no limit and she felt like a fool for having stood up for Zach against Jessica, convincing her that everyone deserves a second chance. But, that wasn't the end of the story.

The dynamics within the team spiraled out of control when Fly walked in saying he wanted to share something with everyone. The artist started with how he didn't want to work in a setting where people like Zach are waiting to put others down, adding that he ran into Ryan and he offered him a position for when he decides to leave 2nd City Ink.

This information left Charmaine furious and she later gave Fly an earful for sharing office issues with Ryan, who is a competition. She expected Fly to at least discuss his decision with her before walking to Ryan. Fly straight out lied that it was Ryan who offered him a job and that he never went to him.

Though difficult, the situation could have been handled better. But Charmaine was in no mood to tone it down. She rushed to Ryan's 9mag and blasted him for stealing his artist (Fly). Ryan had the perfect explanation for it. He said they were casually discussing stuff as they know each other from before. But Charmaine wasn't buying it and kept giving him ultimatums, to which Ryan didn't respond.

Meanwhile, fans are loving Ryan and his reaction to Charmaine's brash attitude.

"SIDENOTE!!!!! Dude asked Ryan if he’d hire him!!!! Ryan was by no means trying to take anyone!!!! All the man was doing was giving advice!!!! #BlackInkCrewCHI," a fan wrote. "Charmaine before you get mad at Ryan you gotta ask yaself..... Did Ryan ask your tatoo artist to come to him? ......Your employee clearly ain't happy with your establishment. #BlackInkCrewCHI," another viewer expressed.

"Charmaine twisting Fly’s words. He never said Ryan said why you over there come over here. #BlackInkCrewCHI," another pointed out.

Most fans have come out in support of Ryan.
