In next week's episode of 'Black Ink Crew: Chicago', we'll get to witness interesting developments in Charmaine Walker's life.

Together with husband Neek Bey, the 2nd City Ink owner will announce the gender of their baby at WGCI's 'Big Jam' music event. Dressed in a blue-pink color-blocked outfit, Charmaine is seen thrilled to reveal that they are expecting a baby girl. The crowd erupted in applause and cheering.

"It’s a GIRL!!!!! I can’t believe it!! @neekbey !!!! NOLA GLENDA BEY !!!!! Mom your name lives on!!! Thank you @Wgci and @blackinkchi for everything!!!!! #iheartmedia #iheartradio #vh1," Charmaine posted on her social media handles late last year along with a video of her embracing Neek.

This isn't the only highlight of the upcoming episode. While Charmaine awaits a happy and loving future with husband Neek and to-be-born daughter Nola, her past returns to shuffle things up a little. Van Johnson has returned on the show. There's no way to confirm if he will be sticking around for a longer time or is it just a temporary visit, but it's definitely going to affect Charmaine.

The last time these two came face to face was Season 5 finale when an extremely romantic moment between Charmaine and Neek was ruined by baseless allegations made by Bella. She accused Charmaine of hooking up with Van, Nicki Swift reported. It was an ugly spat, during which Charmaine asked everyone including the producers if they thought there was any truth to it? Surprisingly, everyone agreed and one of the producers even said it was Don Brumfield who spilled the tea.

Meanwhile, fans want Charmaine to not hire Van because if anything, it's going to get her in trouble.

"Charmaine please don’t be stupid and hire Van. PLEASE!!! He already got Ryan into a lawsuit over a horrible tattoo. #BlackInkCHI," a fan wrote, while another posted: "I knew it wouldn't be long before Van extra emotional butt showed up. Im surprised Jenn ain't walk in first like... #BlackInkCHI." "Charmaine please show Van the exit sign!!!! I beg! #BlackInkCHI," a viewer expressed.
