LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King' is nearing its release date and it is raising the expectations with each character promo being released. Netflix recently released the character promo of the three main antagonosts, the three evil wizard kings who want to destroyt the Clover Kingdom.

The introduction of the three kings has only increased the interest of viewers because the anime film is veering away from the manga to create something original. While the spirit of the film, the aggression of the characters, their powers and themes remain the same, it is the introduction of the three kings getting ready to battle Asta that is causing hype among fans.

The revival by Conrad Leto

Conrad Leto is a former wizard king and is considered to be the strongest magic knight in the Clover Kingdom. Given that he possesses an immense range of magical power, it is not unbelievable that he resurrected three former wizard kings. However, his intention behind doing so is not clear yet. The three kings are considered to be the most sinister wizard kings in the history of the kingdom.

From the promo, it is clear that all three had their stauses as kings revoked and have their own set of beliefs, which often makes them act irrationally without worrying about the consequences.

Edward

Edward is the 20th wizard king. His intention is to create an ideal world and he believes that it can only be achieved if all the residents of the kingdom surrender to him entirely.

All of three kings have strong beliefs about an ideal world and being powerful without caring about the citizens. The battle between some of the most powerful kings and Asta, who wields anti-magic, is likely to keep audiences at the edge of their seat.

'Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King' releases on June 16 on Netflix.
