Written and directed by Lawrence Michael Levine, the upcoming thriller 'Black Bear' is all set to roll out soon featuring actors Aubrey Plaza, Christopher Abbott and Sarah Gadon in key roles. Reportedly, the suspense meta-drama is currently being shot in the Adirondack Mountains in Long Lake, NY.
Shedding more details about the film, Levine told Movie Web: "'Black Bear' is a thriller that depicts broken characters wrestling with a seemingly shattered world that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. I am thrilled to have such a talented trio of actors on board."

Plot
The movie revolves around a couple (Sarah Gadon & Christopher Abbott) expecting their child when an out of town guest Abigail Plaza comes into their life. A filmmaker, she suffers from writer's block and seeks solace in the woods. However, she finds herself at the center of a twisted love triangle. The filmmaker says that 'Black Bear' explores those parts of ourselves we are most afraid of.

Aubrey Plaza plays the role of Abigail in the film. The actor has starred in several films like 'Mystery Team' (2008), 'Funny People' (2009), 'Life After Beth' (2014), 'Dirty Grandpa' (2016), 'Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates' (2016), 'The Little Hours' (2017), 'Ingrid Goes West' (2017), 'An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn' (2018) and 'Child's Play' (2019).
Christopher Abbott
Christopher Abbott will play a key role in the film. The actor made his debut in 'Martha Marcy May Marlene' (2011), after which he starred in 'Hello I Must Be Going' (2012) and 'The Sleepwalker' (2014). In 2018, he portrayed astronaut David Scott in the film 'First Man'.
