Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is an inspiration and not just to people who appreciate his physique. The actor and former pro-wrestler shared a video on his Instagram recently where he spoke about his workout routine and answered some questions from fans.

Spoiler alert: He doesn't actually work out in the video but he does reveal what training he's been undergoing while under lockdown. He also mentions that he's been preparing for his upcoming DC Extended Universe debut in and as 'Black Adam' for "months and months" now.

"Appreciate ya burning questions coming’ in hot," he captioned the video. "My current training schedule is as follows:
Mon* chest, calves, abs, cardio
Tue* back, abs, neck, cardio
Wed* delts, abs, cardio
Thur* arms, abs, calves, cardio
Fri* chest, back, abs, cardio
Sat* legs, abs, calves
Sun* off. Maybe"

Johnson also revealed that he won't be posting any workout videos until the quarantine is over because he feels bad about showing off his workouts while millions cannot even go to the gym.

"My current weight/ 281lbs. Will I ever post vids of me actually working out/ No," he wrote adding, "While millions and millions of you can't work out in your gyms, the last thing I’ll be is an a*****e posting videos of myself working out in mine."

"Just know I train angry and pissed that we're all in this situation and I CAN'T WAIT for all of you to return to your own gyms and train like BEASTS. Thank you all for the awesome questions. Stay healthy, safe & positive as best you can. We’ll get thru this. I’m right there with you. D."

The Rock does look as formidable as ever in the video and if he's going to maintain this look for 'Black Adam', we're sure he's going to deliver a stunning performance as the DC antihero. Essentially a spinoff of 'Shazam!', 'Black Adam' tells the story of a previous champion empowered by the wizard Shazam (Djimon Hounsou).

The eponymous antihero Black Adam has been both an enemy and an ally of Billy Batson (Asher Angel) in the comics but the upcoming movie is set to introduce the origins of the character, back when he was still a more heroic figure.

'Black Adam' is currently scheduled for release in December 2021 but it remains to be seen whether the coronavirus pandemic may delay it.
