'Big Brother' Season 22: Cody wins Head of Household, takes Enzo to the finals instead of Nicole
'Big Brother' Season 22 has seen a lot of ups and downs and after spending weeks inside the house, it was finally time for the finale. Cody Calafiore won the second part of the Head of Household competition and Enzo Palumbo was out of the competition. This meant that Cody had to face Nicole Franzel, who had won the first part of Head of Household.
For their final task, the pair had to face the Vinyl exam in which they were going to be shown eight videos that were focused on the jury. The video would have information about the jury and it was up to them to decide which one of them is a false statement. They were given three options, A, B or C, to decide what is the wrong statement.
The competition asked for the cast members to remember every little detail in the house. With one point, Cody managed to beat Nicole and was chosen as the new Head of Household. The win allowed Cody to choose the person he would want to take in the finale.
Enzo had wanted Nicole to win, hoping that this would up his chances to go to the finale. However, seeing how Cody had won, he knew those chances seemed dim. Cody had not uttered a word about who he would be choosing to take to the finals. However, it was certain he was looking for a person he could most certainly beat.
Ahead of the task, the jury had been talking about who should be crowned as the winner of the show. They were quick to list how Cody had proved himself throughout the game. He had managed to become the Head of Household multiple times while also winning the Power of Veto on different occasions.
Meanwhile, Enzo and Nicole too had their big wins in the game. The final decision was for Cody to decide who he wanted to be up against. After a lot of thinking, Cody decided it would be best to take Enzo along with him. He admitted it was hard for him, but added that it was important to take a call.
The season finale of the show aired on October 28 at 9 pm ET on CBS.
