PICTURED: 'Big Bang Theory' star Johnny Galecki dating model Alaina Meyer, 22 years his junior

While this is not the first time the actor has been public with his romance - at least on social media - the couple seems to be taking their relationship to the next level.

Leonard and Penny fans are in for a surprise!

'The Big Bang Theory' star Johnny Galecki, known for bringing fan-favorite nerd Leonard to life, is in love IRL and surprisingly enough, with a model who is half his age.“Last night was wonderful. Thank you #jefferykatzenberg,” the CBS star wrote, sharing a picture of his 21-year-old model girlfriend Alaina Meyer on Instagram on Monday. While this is not the first time TBBT actor has been public with his romance - at least on social media - the couple clearly seems to be taking their relationship to the next level with the latest cozy snap.
