The following day, on X, formerly known as Twitter, CBS News also shared a 31-second video of Biden serving Thanksgiving food to US military families.

Following the release of this video, conservative host Benny Johnson used social media to share his perspective. In his commentary on CBS News, Johnson criticized the network for "making ads" for the President.

Moreover, Johnson branded it as "disgusting," and the internet swiftly rallied behind him, echoing similar sentiments to those expressed by the host.

Benny Johnson calls out CBS News for Joe Biden video

On X, CBS News wrote, “US Military families got to have a Thanksgiving dinner together – and some were even able to snap selfies with President Joe Biden, who was serving food 😃 ❤️”

Benny Johnson responded to this by stating, “‘CBS News’ straight up making ads for Joe Biden. Slowing down video & adding dreamy music.”

“I mean this is disgusting,” added Johnson.

In the video shared by CBS News, the first 20 seconds showcased Joe Biden interacting with people as he served them food, and in the last 15 seconds, the video slowed down with background music, or as Johnson described it, “dreamy music.”
