NBA fans want Kendall Jenner banned from games because of the 'Kardashian Curse'
Fans say that it is not a coincidence that the Sixers, who had started the season 10-0 at home, lost their first home game of the year the first time Jenner shows up to watch.
The'Kardashian Curse' is gaining a life of its own. Not wanting to take risks, a lot of Ben Simmons fans are worried about Kendall Jenner bringing the curse around wherever she goes, even basketball games. Therefore, NBA fans have reportedly called for Kendall to be banned from games in Philadelphia, so as to be safe from the so-called 'Kardashian Curse.'
Kendall is rumored to be dating Simmons, even though the two previously were an item before their relationship fizzled out. After Ben's team got defeated 121-112 by the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers on home soil last Friday, die-hard fans of the sport retaliated with what they thought was best for their team.
More than 3,000 fans signed a change.org petition, which demanded that Kendall should be denied entry to future games at the Wells Fargo Centre after she was spotted courtside. "Jenner was front and center in attendance for the Sixers' loss to the worst team in the league, the Cleveland Cavaliers," the petition read.
"We as fans cannot sit idly by and let Kendall Jenner ruin what could be a truly special season by her attendance at Sixers games. We must take action. It is not a coincidence that the Sixers, who had started the season 10-0 at home, lost their first home game of the year the first time Jenner shows up."
It continued, "To make matters worse, the Cavaliers were winless on the road heading into their Black Friday match-up with the Sixers. It was inexplicable. A 20-game home regular season win streak has been snapped, Ben Simmons' career is in jeopardy. The madness must stop."
Fans of the KUWTK star would know that the 'Kardashian curse' is referred to the popular Hollywood belief that the headline-grabbing family happens to 'hex' all of their ex-partners, and that their life goes for a complete toss after the women separate from them.
The urban myth has been fortified by taking names of celebrities like Scott Disick, Kris Humphries, Lamar Odom, and Kanye West, who have all been involved in mishaps of some extremity, especially after their involvement with the Kardashian sisters. A lot of A-list stars even went as far as to end their relationship with the sisters after being tired of the constant media scrutiny.
The petition against Kendall comes after she was spotted booing Tristan Thompson and then laughing as he lined up his free throw in a video that was posted online. Thompson later shared a video of his trash-talking moment with Simmons on Twitter and captioned it with three laughing crying emojis, writing, “@BenSimmons25 is my bro.”
