Ben Shapiro takes dig at Meghan Markle's rumored presidential bid, Internet brands her 'Kardashian wannabe'
Ben Shapiro took a dig at Meghan Markle on Twitter by posting two images — one was a screenshot of his earlier tweet speculating if Prince Harry was a mole and that his plan was for Meghan to be elected president. The second image was a screenshot from The Blaze that wrote a story on the Duchess eyeing a presidential campaign. "I need to stop joking things into reality," Shapiro tweeted.
The responses from social media users were pretty harsh and were all directed to Shapiro. The political commentator and media host has been active on social media with his thoughts on the Meghan Markle interview with Oprah Winfrey after it aired on March 7. Shapiro had taken potshots previously and this tweet was another aimed at the Duchess.

"Ben, stop focusing on the British Kardashian wannabes," read one of the tweets. "Leave her alone Ben! She doesn't want the spotlight! She's just considering entering politics for the security!" another tweet read. The slamming continued: "Remember when you memed so hard you inspired a mosque shooting? cut that out ben lol haha."
"It’s NOT reality and you need to stop with your attacks on women of color," one of the comments read. "Do you ever think that perhaps they have no idea what they're doing, and get all their ideas from watching your show where you think you're telling us what they're doing, but really you're just giving them all their ideas," one user wrote.
"Ben after his joke becomes real (it’s sad that jokes like these may become reality)," one comment said. "Ben, that first thing isn't considered a "joke" by anyone but you(jokes tend to be funny). The second thing is from the blaze, which is a joke," a person observed.

Earlier, Shapiro had suggested that the former Duchess of Sussex was lying when she said there were conversations surrounding what her son Archie's skin color was going to be. During a taping of his Daily Wire show on Monday, March 8, the Right-wing pundit said, "I don't think it happened. The reason I don't think that happened is because no one says anything like that."
He even called Meghan "whiny" in one of his tweets earlier. "Real victims are actresses who become princesses, whine to Oprah about their difficult life as royalty from a $14.5M estate, issue complaints to broadcasters about those who criticize them, and get those people fired," he tweeted.
Shapiro also took on CNN's Don Lemon for his support for Meghan last week. "Journalisming Expert Don Lemon of the Very Reliable Source CNN says that we don't need to hear the other side of the story from members of the royal family accused of racism, because they're clearly and obviously racist because Don Lemon says so," he tweeted.
