‘Below Deck’ star Barbara Pascual dubs new charter guest Carmen Felder ‘rude’ as she demands a late-night snack
GRENADA, CARRIBEAN: The chaos aboard the St David boat persists, with stew Barbara 'Barbie' Pascual at the center of it this time. In the latest episode of 'Below Deck' Season 11, Barbara was seen struggling to handle the charter guest Carmen Felder on her own and prepare a snack after the chef Anthony Iracane went to sleep after duty.
At night, Carmen's boyfriend Ray Charles told Barbara, "We need food with some lobster and grilled cheese," to which she responded, "Oh, the chef is asleep but I can try to make you something, just not lobster."
"I'm not a good chef," Barbara Pascual admitted to the guests who then asked her to prepare French fries and pizza. The stew admitted that she doesn't "know how to cook French fries from scratch. I can bring a bunch of snacks."
Carmen, the primary charter guest, appeared surprised and taken aback by Barbie's apparent lack of skill in the kitchen and took the opportunity to express her thoughts to her by saying, "Ma’am you’re telling me you don’t know how to make [that]… you better have some sh*t that I f**king like.”
Barbara added, "How about sandwiches, some hot sandwiches. I'm going to do my best for you."
In a confessional, Barbara addressed the charter guest's behavior, remarking, "Very rude. That’s not cool. We’re here to serve you, but this is so extra. These charter guests are like batsh*t." "I hope they choke on the sandwich," she concluded.
