Rachel Hargrove reached the end of her tether when she went through the exhaustive preference sheet. She has no help in the galley and knew that it was going to be a whirlwind of a charter if she continues to be on the yacht.

Rachel was already in a different head space. She was missing her boyfriend terribly and was spiraling bit by bit. It began when she couldn't find the caviar tins and from then on, the agitation just grew and took a massive shape when she got a bit of alcohol in her while dining with her colleagues.

The chef was upset and it was evident in the way she recalled how her boyfriend, Vincenzo, would always be there for her and help her out. Even though she didn't express what was really bothering her, it seemed all she wanted at that point was to be in her partner's arms.

Next day, she got on a call with him and broke down. Rachel couldn't recover fully from the fact that Italy (where Vincenzo lives) was hit by the pandemic when Captain Lee dropped the preference sheet on her and she exploded. "F*** yourself," she said to the captain as she announced that she was done and getting on the next flight out.

The episode concluded with her leaving the yacht with her luggage. She may be gone for good and the captain needs a new chef as quickly as he can manage because the next charter begins in less than 16 hours. Who will replace Rachel? Fans want chef Ben Robinson back.

"Help us, Chef Ben...YOU’RE OUR ONLY HOPE! #BelowDeck," a user wrote, while another shared: "How awesome would it be if chef ben comes to the rescue again?" One more said, "I wonder which chef is coming back?!! Chef Ben????!!! #BelowDeck." Another expressed: "Will Chef Ben be flying inn to recuse Captain Lee? #BelowDeck."

"Um....she said THAT to @capthlr because he...asked her to do her job?? Ok what the actual f**k Rachel. Praying Chef Ben comes in for the save again! I much prefer his antics #BelowDeck," a fan pointed out.
