'Below Deck' Season 8 has only begun but the drama is in full swing. Primary charter guest Charley who has appeared on the show before has put up quite a few challenges for the crew to ace.

Chief stewardess Francesca Rubi was the first to be put to the test. She was bartending before she put Isabelle "Izzy" Wouters on the job and left the area to look after the food situation. It was at this point that Charley arrived to order a few drinks. When he saw Izzy struggling with it, he offered to help and eventually, took over. However, later Francesca assumed her duties as the bartender and Charley was off to enjoy his time with friends.

In tonight's episode, we'll see chef Rachel Hargrove experience a similar situation where Charley lists out an exhaustive tasting menu, which must be put together keeping in mind the guests' dietary preferences. Day one into the charter and Rachel has been tasked heavily. Will she be able to impress the guests with her culinary skills? Only time will tell.

Hindrigo "Kiko" Lorran of 'Below Deck Mediterranean' Season 5 was nervous too when he had make 72 plates of food. That was a massive amount given that he had absolutely no help in the kitchen. But, he succeeded and was praised for his efforts. Unfortunately, though Kiko was fired by Captain Sandy Yawn a few charters later for cooking fried food for guests after they demanded a Vegas-themed dinner. Meanwhile, fans don't seem to like Charley very much. Some feel he is disrespectful.

"Charlie and his guests are so disrespectful. I hope the show refuses to air him next season if he charters again. There’s no need for behaving so poorly. #BelowDeck," a fan commneted, while another tweeted: "Watching #BelowDeck looks like Charlie is a d*ck again u dou**e bag." "Good grief. Charlie is so thirsty for TV time. He's been on this show a million times. #BelowDeck," a user shared.
