Cruising through the Mediterranean waters can be a blissful experience — one that cannot be missed. However, bringing aboard a month-old baby can prove to be risky. Although the charter guests and the crew in this week's episode of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' knew that the newborn had to be their priority, there were moments that made viewers cringe.

The baby was on the deck without an infant life jacket at all times, putting the baby at risk. Especially the time when the wind speed was at 22 knots and the sails were up, which meant the boat had tilted to an angle and was sailing. Even though the parents held on to the baby tight, the wind and the angle of the boat made it difficult for them to manage her. It was a nervous moment.

Paget Berry, who is a crew member, even forgot for once that he was handling a baby. The guests had gone out for lunch while the ship was anchored at a distance. When they were moving from the pier to the dinghy, the father asked Paget to be careful with the baby. He was surprised at how they had been carrying such a "fragile" person with them.

Meanwhile, the fans thought it was a not-so-wise move to get the baby on board. They thought that the mother could have stayed home with her because she was any way busy feeding the newborn while others had fun camping, eating and enjoying the overall experience.

"There is no way I would bring my newborn baby on a yacht vacation. This is making me nervous and it’s not my baby. #belowdecksailing," a fan said, while another wrote: "I’d be scared to take a baby that little out of the house let alone on a sailboat. #BelowDeckSailing."

"Does the baby have a life jacket? #BelowDeckSailing," a viewer asked. "Whose bright idea to bring a newborn baby on a sailing yacht vacation... I mean did the mother & father really want to go that bad... ridiculous! #BelowDeckSailing #BelowDeckSailingYacht," another shared.

Clearly, there seems to be a concern around the newborn baby onboard.
