'Below Deck Sailing Yacht': #FireJenna trends after chief stewardess comments on breasts of a co-worker’s mom
Jenna MacGillivray is the chief stewardess on the yacht and is in charge of sending out directions to Madison Stalker and Georgia Grobler. But there's been a rift there and it's impacting the workflow.
In tonight's episode of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht,' Jenna had a serious conversation with Captain Glenn Shephard about Madison's performance and how it hasn't been up to the mark because she stays up late at night and that leaves her exhausted for work for the morning after.
Glenn acknowledged the gap and called on Madison to address the issue but she too spoke her heart out, said Jenna's orders are hard to follow because she would be "bitchy" to her. But Jenna defended that bit. saying she tries to have a heart-to-heart with everyone on the team and added that at times she may not be in a position to sugarcoat her words because of the rush that comes with serving the charter guests.
Madison could be fired but for now, from the looks of it, Jenna and Glenn want to test her out. However, the captain believes that a hierarchy needed to be followed and therefore, Madison had to up her game. Even though Jenna acknowledged Madison was capable of being a second stew but her fatigue could do her wrong.
Interestingly, this wasn't the reason Jenna pointed out when she spoke of Madison's incompetency with the rest of the crew. She thought Madison's crush for Parker McCown was impacting her work.
This was not the first time that Jenna had a bone to pick with the stews. She had issues with Georgia messing up her laundry duty every now and then. It was hard for her too. But, eventually, both were on the same page and were able to strike a balance at work.
Meanwhile, fans want Jenna fired for her attitude at work.

Cancel Jenna!!! #FireJenna #BelowDeckSailing." She told Parker once that he was being breastfed by his mother when he showed the sweet note Madison left for him at the breakfast table.
