Jenna gave Georgia an earful for not being well-structured when it came to her area of work and even called it a 'sh*t show'

The yachtie life comes naturally to Jenna MacGillivray, who began her career in yachting in 2004 and has worked her way up to become the chief stewardess. On 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht', she is an efficient, reliable and disciplined stew who gets the work done but the big question is — how good a leader is she?

In this week's episode, Jenna was seen giving instructions to the crew as usual but them not living up to her expectations and delivering a mediocre work had her upset.

Even though she has every right to be upset if she and her team aren't able to host the charter guests properly, viewers apparently have an issue with her being such a tough boss.

Parker McCown is a fairly new deckhand and has been trying his best to learn and absorb as much as he can from his seniors on the deck. He has a casual approach towards work and that could be one of the reasons why it is putting his colleagues off, mainly Jenna and Paget Berry.

While sailing, the boat tilted at an angle resulting in items being thrown off from their usual places. One of the guests accidentally dropped a glass of drink on the floor. Jenna was quick to ask Parker to clean the shards of glasses so that no one got hurt.

While doing it, he jokingly asked that the crew should have access to a vacuum cleaner that sucks in glasses as well. Jenna took offense to the comment and shared it with Adam Glick.

Clearly, she was in no mood to take jokes or entertain crew members who weren't taking their jobs seriously. Georgia Grobler, who is in charge of laundry, was next in line. Jenna gave Georgia an earful for not being well-structured when it came to her area of work and even called it a "sh*t show."

This left Georgia into tears but Jenna smilingly told Adam how she made her cry. Later, she also reprimands her for taking long hours to arrange guest bedrooms. Jenna tries to hug it out and iron out their differences but Georgia pushes her away.

Jenna tells Adam how she wants to "pummel" Georgia for not being efficient enough. Meanwhile, viewers were furious that Jenna was being so unkind towards her crew members, whom she should be helping and encouraging in order for them to succeed in their jobs.

"#BelowDeckSailingYacht So... maybe Georgia is a bit slower with the cabins right now but... she genuinely looks like she's trying to me. Maybe try helping or encouraging her a bit more. This 'pummel' her stuff from Adam and Jenna seems like a pretty garbage move to me," a fan shared.

Another wrote: "Is Jenna serious complaining about Parker (almost sarcastically) suggesting a dust-buster to pick up glass shards?! AND you ran to Adam about Georgia? Nobody likes a playground tattle-tale, Jenna. Your immaturity & insecurity are shining through. #BelowDeck #BelowDeckSailingYacht."

"Jenna laughing about making her stew cry isn’t funny and shows poor leadership. #BelowDeckSailingYacht," a user posted. "The fact that Jenna speaks to her stews that way is disgusting and laughs at the fact she made her cry, #poorleader #Notagoodlook #BelowDeckSailingYacht," another tweeted.
