'Below Deck': Is Andy trying to manipulate viewers into turning against Hannah? Fans say it's 'not working'

Hannah Ferrier may have admitted her mistake of carrying a prescription-only drug such as Valium without a prescription and a vape pen, fans seem to not like how the issue was treated in the reunion episode of 'Below Deck Mediterranean' Season 5. They felt host Andy Cohen purposely threw difficult questions at Hannah while Captain Sandy Yawn and Malia White got off the hook easy.

To give all of this a little context: Hannah was fired after Malia reported the contents of her bag to Sandy. The captain pointed out that she cannot have someone carrying drugs on board because that would put the entire crew and yacht in trouble and she could even lose her license given how strict the maritime laws are. While she was being questioned by Sandy about the pack of Valium, she said she has not even taken one from it but she was not ready to take the risk. Hannah left the boat immediately. 

Meanwhile, fans feel that Andy targeted Hannah because apparently Malia and Sandy have already begun filming for the next season of 'Below Deck Mediterranean.' Some even pointed out that could be a reason why he didn't pose too many difficult questions to them. 

"Sandy+Malia are of course awful a**holes this reunion, Andy is insufferably facetious & clearly arrogantly over having to do reunions. He sucks at reunions & needs to be replaced already. Playing favorites and being snidely one-sided when we want objectivity sucks #BelowDeckMed," a fan commented, while another pointed out: "Greedy @Andy trying to manipulate the audience into turning against @hannahferrier_ it not working mate, your audience can see the injustice @CaptSandyYawn is presenting. #BelowDeckMed."

"@andy did a lot of “research” to disprove Hannah huh... hearing a lot about 'law,law,law' but haven’t heard anything about how Malia 'found' those things... you know it’s ILLEGAL to go through someone bag right... let’s talk about that Andy. #BelowDeckmed," a user posted. "Andy trying to turn the tide against Hannah is not something they will happen. Keep reaching. #BelowDeckMed #bravotv," another expressed.
