Hindrigo 'Kiko' Lorran was fired from The Wellington over one bad dinner. Captain Sandy Yawn shared that the meals Kiko prepared were not at par with the reputation of The Wellington. It's a superyacht and so the food has to be of a different level.

The charter guests demanded a Las Vegas-themed dinner. Although Hannah Ferrier came to his rescue with a few ideas, Kiko did his research on the web and was able to figure out that fried food would work best. Even though the guests enjoyed the dinner, some thought it was too fried and felt like a spread from a kid's birthday party.

Sandy was there at the dining space when the guests commented about Kiko's food. Although they cheered him for his efforts, Sandy decided to let him go even though, she did not know who would take over the galley next. Luckily, Malia White's boyfriend Tom Checketts was visiting her and he has been a head chef on several yachts and comes with an impressive culinary experience.

When he arrived on the yacht, Sandy almost pleaded with him to join the crew because they didn't know who else to bring. Tom was reluctant at first because he had to visit his ailing uncle in the United Kingdom. However, on Malia's insistence, he started work at the galley. At first, it was going smoothly but with time, Tom's patience ran thin and dropped to a point where he almost yelled at Sandy, which was not taken well. She teared up and even called him out for his behavior.

However, later she praised him for his work and hugged him even. Meanwhile, fans are of the opinion that even though this issue needs to be highlighted in the reunion episode, Andy will let it go.

"So, Sandy is praising Tom for adapting to his environment, but hovered over Kiki and fired him even though Kiko didn’t disrespect the crew and captain? Sandy is an idiot. #BelowDeckMed," a fan commented, while another shared: "The reunion HAS to address that Malia is the sous-chef for her twat boyfriend for every dinner meal, when ALL Captain Sandy has said is that that size boat doesn’t have a sous-chef and crapped all over Kiko that he just couldn’t handle it."

"@andy is going to disappoint us again at the reunion. He’s not good about holding accountability as we’ve seen on wwhl. It’s just going to be more excuses about how Tom lowered himself to do a favor because he usually works on bigger boats," a user pointed out. "The reunion will be as frustrating as all the others. Andy never asking the hard questions. Andy letting apology tours go on and on. Andy praising people who should be called out for gross behavior. Andy grazing over things the viewers want to hear, giving passes for all. UGHHH," another wrote.
