Prepare for choppy waters on Bravo's 'Below Deck Mediterranean' Season 5.

This year, the pressure is extreme for the ladies, especially for Sandy Yawn, who will be steering a 184-feet yacht -- The Wellington -- and simultaneously managing an eight-member team. But Hannah Ferrier and Malia White will not be too far behind as far as workplace stress is concerned. They will be heading two of the most important departments - the interiors and deck - which clearly means they have a lot to shoulder this season. Will they be able to do it? Well, it depends on how cooperative their teams are.

Reporting to Malia are Pete Hunziker (lead deckhand), Alex Radcliffe (deckhand) and Robert Westergaard (deckhand) and even though she tries to have an open talk about respecting one another in the team and getting the job done, her enthusiasm to lead the men are substantially diminished by inappropriate remarks. "You got a female captain, a female bosun, a female chief stew, respect that," Malia tells Pete in the trailer.

This isn't a surprising scenario and is a common occurrence across work settings but that shouldn't mean it's okay to pass a casual comment on your boss. Here's hoping, Malia makes it known to the boys that she will not appreciate being treated with disrespect.

Chief stewardess Hannah's journey this season is going to get tough because managing 2nd stew Lara Flumiani will not be easy. "The more you p*** me up, the less I will do," Lara makes it clear to Hannah as they try to have a chat about how to go about the charters. There's a strong sense of friction there and we all know, teams don't function smoothly when members have unresolved issues come in the way of their work.

Meanwhile, fans are surprised that the channel would cast Hannah another time. "Ughh Hannah again......Seriously Bravo???," a viewer commented on the show's trailer that's up on YouTube, while another wrote: "OMG i am so sick of Hannah, every season I hope it is her last. Also annoys me that so many of you love her for being two faced. She talks shit about everyone behind their back yet when someone stands up to her for the very same thing, she caves and cries and "why me, i didn't do anything wrong"................. Why so many of you love this behavior speaks volumes about you!."

Catch the Season 5 premiere on Bravo on June 1.
