It's a rocky ride on The Wellington! If the team leads were doing their jobs right, Captain Sandy Yawn wouldn't have to intervene. But that's going to change on the latest episode of 'Below Deck Mediterranean'. Sandy's involvement in internal issues only means that there's a major issue that needs fixing, and it's up to her to get the crew to fall in line. This is not the first time that the crew has been flouting rules and disobeying their managers. Malia White, 33, the deck's first female Bosun, had a tough time getting Pete Hunziker to listen to her.

A sneak peek of Episode 3 shows Sandy giving the boys – Pete, Alex Radcliffe and Robert Westergaard – an earful about how they need to watch their work ethics on the yacht. "I'm your captain, if you don't like it get off," she says, prior to which Malia warns her second stewardess Lara Flumiani that her deckhands will be fired if they refuse orders.

The latest preview shows Lara going missing, prompting Hannah to order a yacht-wide search. "I'm struggling with Lara," Hannah is seen muttering on tonight's episode, while Lara tells herself, "This boat is driving me nuts." On the Season 5 premiere, Hannah and Lara wasted no time butting heads over misplaced provisions and Lara’s attitude — but that was just the beginning.

Their workplace relationships may be a mess but if the teams aren't able to work with each other, the imbalance could reflect the way they attend to their charter guests. Will Sandy fire Malia's team or will the crew listen to their team leads? Only time will tell. Voyaging around the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain, on the 184-foot mega yacht, the largest in the show's history, the crew is set to encounter everything on this latest season – from heartbreaks and power struggles to challenges with maritime law.
