'Wait, so now she doesn’t care what the client thinks? This lady is unstable, now she’s crying, just stop w/ur guilt,' a fan commented

Tom Checketts clashed with Captain Sandy Yawn over provisions. Some were delivered at room temperature, others weren't. Tom said he wouldn't be able to prepare proper food if the ingredients weren't right. Sandy tried to fix it by calling the ones responsible for arranging the provisions but it didn't work out. Tom was still unhappy with what was given to him. Soon, they got into a heated argument after which Sandy left the galley.

Later, everyone met up at the salon for a quick meeting before the guests arrived. Sandy pointed out that it was the last charter and the least everyone could do was get it together and finish it on a good note. Sandy teared up as she expressed that she loved her team deeply and cared for them but they will have to cooperate. She wanted their problems to go away (hinting at Tom and his fish issues) but for that to happen they would have to come to her with their challenges.

Soon after she left to attend to the guests, Tom got back to prepare the meals — this time without the bitterness and angst. He was not entirely happy with the kind of provisions that were on board but tried his best to make do with what was made available to him and the results were phenomenal. The guests loved the chicken he was so worried about.

Meanwhile, viewers seem to be convinced that Sandy was shedding "crocodile tears" as she gave her team a motivational speech during which she said: "I don't care what the client says about you. I care what I think about you because I see you every day."

"Ok Sandy and your fake ass tears #BelowDeckMed I'm sure Kiko would've rolled with the punches and wouldn't have yelled at you but you fired him to appease your precious little Malia," a user expressed while another shared: "Sandy and her crocodile tears can kick rocks. She is the reason that entire boat is ran the way it is. Where were her “tears” when Kiko was literally feeling like crap because of her constant micromanaging, and lack of empathy?"

"Wait, so now she doesn’t care what the client thinks? This lady is unstable, now she’s crying, just stop w/ur guilt, I mean tears. Sandy created this environment, she hovers," a viewer tweeted while another commented: "Oh Jesus Sandy... put away those fake alligator tears."
