'Below Deck Mediterranean' didn't waste time in establishing the fact that it's going to serve explosive drama throughout the season, and Hannah Ferrier and Lara Flumiani's friction further cemented the fact.

Jessica More, who is part of the same team, however, managed to escape the hostile environment. And it has a lot to do with her calm and accommodating approach at work.  We see her ask questions when she doesn't know and follow orders diligently, which makes her a complete team player whose only goal is to ensure that the charter guests have a good time on The Wellington.

She likes to keep to herself but even then it's hard not to notice Hannah and Lara's incessant bickering. In a chat with MEA WorldWide (MEAWW), Jessica weighs in on her teammates' connection. "I can't necessarily speak for either one of them, but maybe it's just two strong personalities that aren't meshing well," Jessica pointed out and added how she is proud to be a part of the 'Below Deck' history.

Apart from minor hiccups, Jessica has been performing well but that's not what her storyline on the show is all about. She and Robert Westergaard, one of the deckhands, have gotten close in the last couple of weeks and their equation seems to have piqued viewers' interest. Elaborating on their camaraderie, Jessica revealed: "I think things get a little hot and steamy between Rob and I. I find him really fascinating." The reality TV star assured that their story will make for an interesting arch.

Clearly, what the viewers have seen so far is just the tip of the iceberg. "It will be intense," Jessica confirmed and further added that it was nothing short of a "rollercoaster". "There are amazing moments, there are low moments. It's the yin and the yang of yachting," the stewardess expressed. Even though Jessica understands her role and what all it entails, she absolutely hates doing laundry and scrubbing toilets. But what made good the loss was meeting with new people, interacting, and having a good time with the charter guests. In a nutshell, Jessica's time on the yacht was an enriching one laced with highs and lows.
