This season, Hannah Ferrier and Malia White are responsible for shouldering some very important tasks. And it's not going to be a smooth sail for them. While Hannah is the chief stewardess, Malia is the bosun, which means she's in charge of the deck.

As we know, Lara Flumiani and Jessica More are reporting to Hannah. While it seemed promising at first, but there's a falling out coming up pretty soon. Hannah's patience is tested every minute and we have seen how frustrating it gets for Hannah every time Lara fails to acknowledge her instructions. Last week's episode ended with Hannah telling Lara that it wouldn't hurt to respect her chief stew.

While the Hannah-Lara cold war continued, Jessica came across as someone who was deeply invested in her job. But that was probably momentary. In the June 8 episode, we see her struggling to follow orders. After Hannah asked her to get a few items from the pantry, Jessica walked down to the galley, asked Hindrigo 'Kiko' Lorran where she could find the pantry.

In her green-room interview, she was apologetic. Jessica shared how she tried her best not to get on to Hannah's bad side but it was just tough for her to find out what a pantry was. "It's a closet with canned goods in America," she added.

Hannah was surprised to learn that she doesn't know what a pantry was and where to find it. Frustrated and shocked, Hannah pointed out to the galley and pantry and how they were two different areas.

Meanwhile, Malia will be having a tough time getting her team members to fall in line, especially Pete Hunziker, who seems to be slowly but surely getting on her last nerve. "One thing that really concerns me is that Pete is, his inability to be the student because he views that as a weakness," Malia commented. Her only hope is Pete would be open to instructions.

Team members unwilling to follow instructions is not a good look on the bosses. Has Captain Sandy Yawn made a mistake by appointing Hannah and Malia as chief stew and bosun? Will their leadership skills be questioned for not being able to run a crew smoothly? Let's hope we have the answers in Monday's (June 8) episode.
