'Below Deck': Will Bugsy replace Hannah as chief stew? Fans are convinced Sandy brought her aboard on purpose

Lara Flumiani left 'Below Deck Mediterranean' and since then, the team has been short-staffed, working extra hours to ensure the charter guests don't leave the yacht unimpressed. Hannah Ferrier and Jessica Ferrier worked the first charter, but for the next one, Captain Sandy Yawn announced they'll have full-time help.

When Sandy broke the news that Christine "Bugsy" Drake will be joining the crew, Hannah went pale. Hannah and Bugsy didn't have the best working relationship. Previously, Bugsy told Hannah she was a "lousy" chief stewardess. Unless Bugsy has turned over a new leaf, started to give people the benefit of the doubt, there's no reason why or how their working or personal relationship could see a 360-degree shift.

Meanwhile, fans think Sandy brought Bugsy onboard intentionally to rile up Hannah and have her leave the boat so that Bugsy can be promoted to chief stew soon after. However, Hannah comes across as a resilient personality, if she was able to keep her cool with someone as rigid as Lara, Bugsy shouldn't be a huge problem.

Oddly enough, Hannah shut herself in her cabin and watched motivational leadership videos. It appeared as though she wanted to prepare herself for the stormy weeks that are fast approaching. Here are what fans have been saying about Sandy bringing in Bugsy.

"#BelowDeckMediterranean #BelowDeckMed Did Sandy think this through by bringing Bugsy along for the charter season or did she bring her intentionally to get rid of Hannah?," a viewer asked while another shared: "I honestly feel for Hannah because even if Bugsy was good at her job, she is also a backstabber, who Captain Sandy happens to love so Hannah will never win here #BelowDeckMediterranean #belowdeckmed."

"I feel like Sandy brought on Bugs because she wants to push Hannah off the boat while having a backup chief stew. We all know Sandy doesn't like Hannah and we see the jabs. #BelowDeckMed," a user tweeted. "Captain Sandy after hiring Bugsy so she can fire Hannah and promote Bugs to chief stew immediately #BelowDeckMediterranean #BelowDeckMed," a fan pointed out.
