Eddie Lucas has a lot on his plate. Not only was he given a new crew, it also saw some major changes after the first charter ended. Therefore, the pressure's mounting. Even though he appreciates Isabelle 'Izzy' Wouters' efforts on deck, he can't say the same about Shane Coopersmith and James Hough.

In this week's episode of 'Below Deck' we see the bosun reach the end of his tether where he no longer knows how he can handle the situation. He was seen cleaning deck when he spotted food scraps strewn all over the deck. "I am really disappointed in James. This is just complete disrespect for anybody else on the crew," Eddie shared in his confessional.

Usually, once the guests are done with their last meal of the day, the dining space is cleared and cleaned so that breakfast can be served the next day without having to launch a rigorous cleaning session. But now the guests have to wait until Eddie and Izzy are able to wipe the place flawlessly. As they scrub the floors, James finishes his nap.

How will Eddie react to this, given how he is growing out of patience every day? More importantly, how will Captain Lee Rosbach express his annoyance over the matter because up until now he appreciated James for being able to pull his weight despite the distractions. "So, other than you running around like a dog in heat, you had a good week, getting your work done while still having some fun. Keep it up," Lee wrote in his blog.

Earlier, when Shane made mistakes, Eddie and Lee discussed the consequences of it and even how things can and should get better in the days to come. Will they team up this time too to help James get a handle on things?

Meanwhile, fans think he has always been a prick and that he's going make the season tough.

"Eddie's already expressed displeasure with his 3rd deckhand. That was nothing but inappropriate snark on the radio, and Eddie couldn't even own it when he got called on it. Not a good bosun look. #belowdeck," a user tweeted, while another commented: "Eddie is already on my nerves during this first episode. He’s not a good leader. He yells at everyone (even guests) and seems to be VERY dramatic. It’s going to be a tough season. #BelowDeck."

"lol eddie is literally turning into a younger captain lee... stop being such a prick dude #belowdeck," a fan shared, another expressed: "Eddie loves being a jerk, he's been ome EVERY season he's been on the show #BelowDeck."
