Rhylee Gerber has been fighting hard to be given more responsibility but Ashton Pienaar does not seem to think that she is doing the job properly. Ever since Rhylee has become a part of Ashton's team, she has expressed her concerns about how the guys are favored more than her. There have been numerous instances where she had resorted to answering back at Ashton when she felt he wasn't doing the right thing, which eventually ended with the two having bitter arguments.

However, for Ashton, the last straw was when he thought that Rhylee did not deliver a good job when she was advised to take the guests on a fishing trip. Rhylee was among the only ones who had experience in fishing and seemed confident about giving the guests a good time. Unfortunately, the place made it impossible for the guests to catch any fishes.

Ashton was angered with the fact that the guests did not have a good time and Rhylee did not live up to his expectations. He decided to talk to Captain Lee Rosbach about what had happened while adding that he wanted her to be fired as she was not doing her job properly. Captain Lee later had a word with Rhylee who denied the claims that were put forward by Ashton.

However, Captain Lee also wanted to hear what the other team members, Brian de Saint Pern and Tanner Sterback, had to say about the situation between Ashton and Rhylee. The boys told that Rhylee was not listening to what was being told to her and agreed with Ashton with the idea that she should be fired. The only person who stood by Rhylee was Kate who spoke to Captain Lee and told him about how Ashton was behaving.

She advised him to take a proper decision and not base the entire decision on a group of boys. Fans thought that this situation marked boys vs girls where the boys came together to throw a girl out. "When you get promoted to bosun because your not following safety rules almost got you killed. #NotALeader #BravoTV #BelowDeck boys club bullshit," one user wrote.

Another added, "These boys are def targeting Rhylee. I get it, she’s negative & abrasive but these boys are pulling the “good ol’ boys club” card."

Several others favored Rhylee as one user wrote, "These boys are pussies! Oh did @rhylee_gerber hurt y'all's feelings? Feeling disrespected by her? Let me guess if she would've sucked y'all's dicks everything would be GREAT! Welcome to a woman's world assholes! AND You can't handle it!"

While another added, "The boys this season suck. Get a damn grip and own your shit. It’s actually very simple."

'Below Deck' airs on Mondays at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
