Reality stars make money by sharing personal information on the shows they are cast in. It's an open secret and very evident also because how else will their storylines juice up? Malaysia Pargo, who is returning to 'Basketball Wives' when Season 9 premieres on February 9 on VH1, is not alien to that concept. Even then there are a few aspects of her life that she has tried to keep under the wrap or let's just say has left it unaddressed.

Did you know her real name is not Malaysia? It's Laquisha. The 40-year-old grew up in Compton and was married to NBA player Jannero Pargo. The couple shares three kids and filed for divorce seven years ago. From the looks of it, it was a not-so-amicable split because they engaged in a cold beef on social media later.

But she has more to worry about when it comes to her personal life. For a few years, she has found herself right at the center of plastic surgery rumors, which were preceded by a shocking revelation made by former 'BBW' star British Williams. Talking to VH1, she had said that everyone on the show had gotten work done and Malaysia was one of them. “Malaysia had the fat from her stomach and butt put into her boobs," she revealed.

In a recently-posted video on the show's official Instagram handle a similar conversation was started by fans, who couldn't help but notice that she looked "different" from the footage shared by the network. In the clip, she is seen getting ready and styled by professionals for a magazine photoshoot.

"Mannnn Malaysia looks soooooo different now," a user noted, while another pointed out: "Laquisha looked natural back then." "Gah damn! Maylasia looks really “yew haw” right here," a fan wrote. "Malaysia had a lot of work done," one expressed, another wrote: "Malaysia WAS gorgeous."

Here's hoping this time Malaysia finally addresses all the talk surrounding her getting work done.

'Basketball Wives' Season 9 will also star Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Jennifer Williams, Kristen Scott, Ogom 'OG' Chijindu and Feby Torres along with newcomers include Liza Morales and sisters Nia and Noria Dorsey. It airs at 8/7c. For more information, check your local listings.
