Baltimore Police is seeking the public's help in locating two missing children, 14-year-old Cassia Alexander and 2-week-old David Stuckey from Windsor Mill after they went missing after 4pm on Monday afternoon. The two were last seen together in Rutherford Green Circle. Cassia is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 lbs and was last seen wearing blue jeans and had her hair tied in bun and wearing a red bandana.
