The Manscapers of 'Backyard Envy' is having a hard time handling multiple projects at one go. They are just the three of them - Garrett Magee, James DeSantis and Melissa "Mel" Brasier - and on regular days, that doesn't seem like a problem but the workload has increased significantly and that has started to tire all of them. They have a team in place but the firm's still in a phase where the founders have to get their hands dirty, quite literally.

Lately, James has been complaining about having to be on site. He wants to go out and handle the sales and marketing aspect but is left digging holes instead. While Garrett and Melissa don't mind being hands-on owners, but that is not something James is okay with. The three of them even saw a business therapy about the same but they are back to square. In this week's episode of 'Backyard Envy', James and Mel get into an argument at their client's property while planting trees. He expressed that his energies are better utilized elsewhere, to which Mel readily agreed and asked him to leave if he wanted to. In his confessional, James said that all he wishes for the company is to expand it but that won't happen if he is tied to construction sites.

Meanwhile, fans are calling James out for displaying unreasonable behavior.

"James will learn & care When they start docking his pay Not fair to the other owners Who bust their azz .....daily #BackyardEnvy," a user tweeted, while another commented: "@BravoTV #BackyardEnvy I have to say, that James guy is a total dick. Cocky, moody, and self indulgent. I used to love this show, but it's unwatchable with him acting so superior."

"James is full of himself and lazy. This show is getting a little too 'over the top'. I realize the little guy has a great body but, does he really have to wear shorts and shirts that belong on a 12 year old. Even the workers are more concerned about their looks than actually working. I’m getting ready to take this show off my TiVo," a user pointed out on Bravo's official Facebook page. "James needs to remove him from this team. He is lazy and does not want to work. He didn’t want to get dirty to meet a new customer. He is in a business that gets you a bit dirty- come on. Just let the rest of the team take over and go from there," another fan wrote.
