An Arizona father who hired a 15-year-old babysitter for his 10-year-old daughter reportedly had sex with her multiple times. The father in question, who was arrested while purchasing a morning-after pill for his victim, claims to be a "sovereign citizen" and does not believe the laws of the land apply to him.
Law enforcement arrested Joseph Peter Sisemore, 41, in the 100 block of North Dobson Road in Arizona on Monday after it was revealed that he roughly had 25 sexual encounters with the teen victim at his Chandler apartment since November, the New York Post reports.
