Who is Ava Lane Busby? Five facts about the oldest quint on 'OutDaughtered' who is also a 'mommy's girl'
Ask Ava Lane Busby what she loves and that list usually includes purses, lip gloss and her mom, Danielle. The independent little fashionista is the oldest of the Busby quints and comes with a whole lot of personality, as one would expect!
According to her profile on TLC: "Ava is the oldest of the quints and one of the identical twins with Olivia. She is very serious most of the time and very sweet. She shows little glimpses of her goofy side when she sees Olivia get going. Ava loves playing with baby dolls and loves being tickled."

She is the oldest Busby quintuplet
Ava Lane has 5 sisters in total, her twin Olivia Marie, Hazel Grace, Riley Paige and Parker Kate, out of which she is the oldest. She's also the second oldest Busby girl, as the quintuplets have an older sister, Blayke.
She was a serious little baby
Looking at Ava now, you'd find it hard to believe that this goofy, adorable little kid was quite a serious little baby! As Danielle mentioned on her blog, It's a Buzz World, Ava was a grunter and takes up after her mom. "My little grunter. I always laugh at Ava because she grunts a lot… mostly when she doesn’t want to be touched or bothered… hmmmm sounds like her momma," she wrote, back when the quints were three weeks old. That just sounds adorable in our opinion.
Ava has always been an independent girl
Being a quint and a twin, one would assume that Ava would always want to be around people. Turns out, that was not quite the case. Much like Hazel Grace, Ava often enjoyed her freedom and liked playing on her own as a baby. The only exception to this rule would probably be Danielle, seeing that Ava would never pass up an opportunity to hang out with mom.
She and her twin Olivia were at high risk during Danielle's pregnancy
Although the quints were all born prematurely and were at risk during Danielle's pregnancy, the twins, Ava and Olivia were more likely to be in danger, seeing that they are twins and there was a chance of imbalances during their development. Fortunately, both girls were absolutely fine, although Ava did suffer an infection, making her the last of the Busby quints to leave the hospital.
She's a total mommy's girl
It's no secret about how Danielle is Ava's favorite person, seeing that she's almost always holding on to her. The oldest quint and her mother share quite a special bond and the young girl takes up after her mother quite a bit, as Danielle has noted. As a baby, she was very vocal (through grunts at least) about her space, which Danielle said is a trait she's picked up from her. But turns out, mother and daughter also share the same favorite drink — ice cold water.
