'You are a Chinese b***h': Racist customer yells at Asian Florida restaurant owner in viral video
Another video of a racist incident, just a week after a woman on Manhattan street pepper-sprayed four Asians, is going viral. The video shows a woman passing some hateful remarks toward an owner of a Florida Restaurant in Orlando. The accused customer complained about the shrimp and wanted a refund, but the owner said the shrimp was fine and refused to give the amount back.
The incident came to attention after Kristen Nguyen, the owner of King Cajun Crawfish, who was born in the US and is of Vietnamese heritage, posted a video on Instagram and Facebook. The caption read, "She ordered snow crabs and fried shrimp. At the end of the meal to pay, she said the shrimp was spoiled (it wasn’t) and she ate 3. We said sorry we cannot refund it and she started saying racist remarks. She also took all her food Togo. Later on, she said, “take your ass back to your country Ching Chong” (second slide). She has a small business “bodi beauty bar” per her receipt but this is how she treats small businesses." The owner, who relocated to Florida from Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina, as stated on her restaurant's website, further said, "After this whole ordeal she posted two reviews on Google from using different names about events that did NOT take place. Her actual name is Liz Knighton. Elizabeth Knighton of Bodi Beauty Bar (she’s now claiming it’s not her. It’s her. We have the receipt as well. I guess she doesn’t know we can Google her LLC business.) The kitchen is behind where the staff member just came from.. not the restroom."

Yelling racist remarks
As seen in the video, the customer yelled, "You’re a Chinese b***h, not me. You want me to spell it for you? You’re a Chinese b***h!" To which the owner replied, "Ok, thank you. I have you on camera saying that," to which the customer said, "Who gives a f**k? Call the police! What they gonna do? I’ll say it front of them. You’re a Chinese b***h, now what?" She continued the remarks and said, “Take your a– back to your country. Ching chong."
Nguyen told Fox 35, "When somebody tells you to go back to your country when you’re born here, where are you supposed to go?"
Many came in support of her in the post on Instagram. One of them said, "Cajun is LIFEEEE! That's why you still took that food to to. Throwing a fit because you don't want to pay what it's worth. Boooo." Another wrote, "Disgraceful!! I'm so sorry you had to deal with such hateful s**t...She's going to be SOO SORRY when she can never eat there ever again!!"
As per NY Post, the restaurant tracked the woman from her receipt as the proprietor of a local skincare business whose Yelp page was shut down after being bombarded with bad reviews from users that were horrified by the racist tantrum.
