Ashley Graham's wild baby shower with Justin Ervin involved twerking, tattoos, manicures, and piercings
You can count on Ashley Graham to be different. The plus-sized model's baby shower was not your usual quiet affair. Graham, who is pregnant with a baby boy put up a post on social media where she was seen twerking and having a ton of fun while guests were treated to mani-pedis, tattoos, and piercings.
The 32-year-old model's super nontraditional affair was loved by her guests, who posted numerous stories on Instagram about the fun time. She and her husband Justin Ervin also went on to give a speech at the party, calling it "bigger than Christmas." "This is bigger than our wedding. This is like, Christmas! Thank you for your prayers and support. We can’t raise this baby boy without all of you, and we’re so excited to do it with all of you. Thank you so much for being here," the couple said.
She also urged her guests to have some fun and get some tattoos. “If you haven’t gotten your ears pierced or a tattoo, you have to do that. There’s so much food, there’s a big cake that’s bigger than the one at our wedding,” Graham told guests. Ashley, wearing a red bodycon was also seen twerking herself, while guests cheered her on. "Somethings never change", her friend Cary Tauben said on the video of her performance posted to Instagram.
Both Justin and Ashley's moms were in the crowd and she posed with them, beaming, flaunting her baby bump in all its glory. She announced her pregnancy in August earlier this year while also celebrating their nine-year anniversary. On Instagram, she said, "Nine years ago today, I married the love of my life. It has been the best journey with my favorite person in the world! Today, we are feeling so blessed, grateful and excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY! Happy anniversary, @mrjustinervin ❤️ Life is about to get even better. 😘"
Graham's baby daddy too shared a picture of a sonogram and said, " To my forever love and my daily inspiration. Happy anniversary @ashleygraham These 9 years have played out like a lifetime. I guess it’s because my life really started once you came into it. Now that we’ve made a life together, let’s make a life together. I love you and I love us. All of us…"
